Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Being made-to-order, we cannot accept returns of personalized items.
  • Returns that are damaged, stained, washed, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.
  2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back to us.
  3. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been used or damaged.
  4. Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in new, unused condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  5. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it for a replacement or refund.
  6. We do not offer exchanges for international orders. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

By placing an order with us, you agree to our refund and return policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on the banks.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. At present, we do not offer an exchange service. Please return the items back to us and place a new order for the correct item online. Please note that items purchased from a retail store cannot be exchanged at the online store.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
